Начин на приготвяне
1. Слагаме брашното в голяма купа и правим кладенче. Добавяме маслото, жълтъка, сол и кората на настърган лимон. Смесваме добре съставките и месим на ръка, докато получим хомогенна топка тесто.
2. Оставяме тестото настрана за 10 мин. След това го разточваме във формата на тавичка за пай, като оставяме и тесто, за да покрием добре страните.
3. Взимаме една лъжица конфитюр от дюля и разстиламе равномерно с опакото на лъжица.
4. Обелваме и нарязваме една голяма дюля на тънки филийки. Подреждаме парчетата внимателно като ветрило. Внимателно намазваме с тънък слой на конфитюр дюлите, за да им придадем блясък.
5. Печем на 180 градуса около 25 мин., след което изваждаме да се охлади и сервираме. По желание, можем да добавим и топка сладолед.
