Продукти
- 300 мл прясно мялко
- 1 ванилия
- 6 с.л. пудра захар
- 10 г желатин
- 150 мл кисело мляко
- сладко от ягоди
Начин на приготвяне
- Млякото се загрява на котлона заедно със захарта и ванилията, и към него се добавя предварително разтвореният в 4 с.л. студена вода желатин.
- Киселото мляко се разбива добре и се изсипва в голяма купа. Към него на тънка струя се добавя сместа с прясното мляко, леко поизстинала, и се бърка постоянно.
- Така приготвената смес се изсипва в купички или чаши и се оставя в хладилник да стегне за около 3-4 часа.
- След като се извади от хладилника, в купичките се добавя сладко от ягоди.
