Шоколадови трюфели на Шеф Петър Цветански

- какао
- пудра захар
- 175 гр. сладкарска сметана
- 225 гр. натрошен шоколад
Начин на приготвяне
1. Шоколадът се натрошава в метална купа. Сметаната се слага в тенджера и се оставя да заври, след което веднага се изсипва върху шоколада. Сместа се разбърква добре и се оставя в хладилник за няколко часа да се охлади.
2. С помощта на лъжички се отделят парченца от
шоколадовата смес и с напудрени ръце с пудра захар се оформят топчета, който се
овалват в какаото.
3. По желание могат да се овалят и в натрошени ядки, кокосово брашно или да се
добави ликьор в шоколада или захаросани корички на портокал и лимон за допълнителен аромат.

1. Лукът нарязваме на ивици, бамята се почиства и я нарязваме на парченца по 2 см. Доматите се обелва...
