Начин на приготвяне
- В дълбока купа смесваме сухите съставки - брашното, бакпулвера, канелата, солта, захарта и ванилията.
- В друга дълбока купа смесваме течните съставки - разбиваме яйцето, към него прибавяме маслото и млякото, след това и пасираните череши.
- Изсипваме внимателно сухата смес в течната, като разбъркваме възможно най-малко пъти, не разбиваме с миксер.
- Готовата смес насипваме с лъжица, в предварително намаслени форми за мъфини. Поръсваме сусама.
- Печем в загрята до 200 градуса фурна, около 15-20 минути.
