Начин на приготвяне
- Поставяме настърганата тиква в тенджерата, в която ще се вари мармалада и я засипваме със захарта.
- Похлупваме тенджерата с капак и оставяме да пренощува или престои поне 5-6 часа. (За това време тиквата ще пусне сока си и няма да се налага добавянето на голямо количество вода, а това спестява част от продължителното разбъркване).
- На следващия ден в тенджерата добавяме канелата и водата, и поставяме съда на силен огън.
- Когато захарта се разтопи и сместа заври, леко намаляме огъня, така че да не пръска докато го бъркаме.
- В началото на варенето разбъркваме периодично, а към края почти непрекъснато.
- Изсипваме мармалада горещ в бурканчетата и запечатваме.
