Начин на приготвяне
- Почистваме и нарязваме лука и чесъна.
- Почистваме 500-те грама тиква. Меката й част нарязваме на малки кубчета.
- В дълбок тиган загряваме зехтина и запържваме за около 3 минути лука и чесъна.
- Добавяме тиквата и ориза. Задушаваме за около пет минути.
- Изсипваме виното и бъркаме добре, докато не се изпари.
- Овкусяваме със сол и черен пипер.
- Изсипваме половината от горещия бульон. Добавяме нарязания на ситно дафинов лист.
- Добавяме останалия бульон и поставяме ризотото в тиквата.
- Печем в предварително загрята на 200 градуса фурна, около 45-55 минути.
- По желание, преди сервиране гарнираме с малко пармезан.
