3. Слагаме да се запекат на умерена фурна за 30-40 мин. След това приготвяме дресинг от счуканите скилидки чесън, сол, подправките, зехтин и оцет.
4. Срязваме картофите леко и ги натискаме с решетъчна лъжица, за да се отворят. Поливаме всички зеленчуци с дресинга и оставяме да се допекат за още 10-15 мин. или до готовност.
