Пухкав мус с ягоди
Начин на приготвяне
- Накисваме желатина във водата.
- Изстискваме ягодите така, че да се получи около половин чаша сок. Запазваме остатъка от тях.
- Към сока прибавяме захарта и малко вода, и го варим на слаб огън, докато се получи сироп.
- В сиропа слагаме останалите ягоди и варим още 10 минути, след което прибавяме желатина и бъркаме, докато се разтвори.
- Прецеждаме сместа и я оставяме да изстине.
- През това време разбиваме белтъците на пяна и ги прибавяме към прецедената смес. Разбиваме сметаната, изсипваме я в ягодовата смес и отново разбиваме.
- Разливаме муса в чаши и го изстудяваме преди сервиране.
- По желание, гарнираме с малко ягоди.
