- 50 г сушени домати

- 1,5 кг шаран

Начин на приготвяне
1. Почистваме шарана от вътрешностите и люспите. Овкусяваме със сол и пипер. Нарязваме празът, чесънът и сушените домати на ситно. Запържваме ги в малко зехтин, докато празът омекне и стане златист.
2. Прибавяме булгура, наливаме бульона и овкусяваме с риган. Съдът се сваля от огъня и добавяме орехите, наситнения копър, сол и черен пипер.
3. Пълниме шарана с готовата смес, зашиваме рибата и я поставяме в тавичка за печене. Заливаме я със зехтин, сокът и настърганата кората от лимона, които предварително сме разбъркали добре, докато се получи кремообразна смес.
4. Печем около 120 мин на 180 градуса, като покриваме с фолио. Сервираме върху подложка от салата от домати и краставици и червен лук, които сме овкусили със сол, зехтин, риган и магданоз.
