Продукти
- 40 г масло
- 1 пак. ванилия
- 150 г брашно
- 250 мл. прясно мляко
- 4 яйца
- за плънката:
- мента за декорация
- 120 г сметана спрей или бита
- 80 г ягоди
Начин на приготвяне
- Разбиваме яйцата във висока купа, постепенно прибавяйки млякото и брашното, докато получим гъста каша. Прибавяме ванилията.
- В нагрят, намазан с масло тиган сипваме от кашата - по около 1 черпак и изпържваме от двете страни до зачервяване на палачинките.
- Преди поднасяне поставяме сметана и ягоди върху всяка палачинка. Прегъваме или завиваме на руло, добавяме още ягоди, декорираме с листа мента и сервираме.
Говеждо месо на скара
Измиваме и нaчукваме месото с дървен чук, след което правим разрези с остър нож диагонално.Подправяме...
