Крехко говеждо месо на скара
Продукти
- 1,5 ч.ч. олио
- 2 с.л. ракия
- 2 ч.л. чубрица
- 2 с.л. соев сос
- 1 ч.л. черен пипер
- 1 ч.л. сол
- 800 г говеждо месо
Начин на приготвяне
- Измиваме и нaчукваме месото с дървен чук, след което правим разрези с остър нож диагонално.
- Подправяме ги на вкус с подправките и ги мариноваме с ракията и соевия сос за поне 1 час. (Може да ги приготвим и от предната вечер, като след мариноването ги слагаме в хладилника).
- Запалваме барбекюто и печем месото от двете страни, като го мажем с олиото и поливаме с останалата марината.
- След печенето го слагаме в тенджерка с капак и хубаво я разклащаме. Сервираме.
