Начин на приготвяне
1. Почистваме и измиваме пъстървите, намазваме с лимон, поръсваме с пипер и сол и оставяме да преседят около 2 часа в хладилника.
2. Разбъркваме магданоза, начуканите на едро белени бадеми и добавяме маслото. Намазваме пъстървата отново с масло и пълним с плънката. Увиваме всяка една с конец за печене.
3. Подреждаме ги в тавичка и печем на 220 градуса около 25 мин.
