- 2 чаши ябълков сайдер

- 1 г протеини
- 46 г въглехидрати
Начин на приготвяне
1. Загряваме фурната до 200 градуса. Изсипваме сайдера в малък тиган и го оставяме да заври. Трябва да продължи да се вари на среден огън, докато течността намалее с малко по-малко от половината.
2. Изрязваме кората от горната част на всяка ябълка (около 1/3 от площта). Използваме специален нож, за да издълбаем семенната част. Поставяме ябълките тавичка.
