Шоколадов сладкиш с ликьор, малини и пудра захар

Начин на приготвяне
- Разтапяме на тих огън маслото и шоколада до пълното разтваряне на парченцата шоколад.
- Разбъркваме сместа много добре и я оставяме да се охлади леко.
- През това време в дълбока купа смесваме захарта, яйцата, брашното, бакпулвера, солта и ванилията, и ги разбиваме до получаването на гладка смес. Към нея прибавяме шоколадовата смес и ликьора, и отново разбъркваме до получаване на еднороден цвят.
- Сместа изсипваме в малка кръгла или правоъгълна тавичка и печем около 45 минути, при температура 160 градуса.
- След като се изпече сладкишът, го оставяме да се охлади и го поръсваме с пудрата захар и гарнираме с малините.
