Шоколадови палачинки с крем от маскарпоне и ягоди
Продукти
- 100 г шоколад , разтопен на водна баня или течен шоколад
- 1 пак. ванилия
- 4 яйца
- 200 г брашно или колкото поеме за палачинково тесто
- 450 мл прясно мляко
- 1 с.л. кисело мляко
- масло
- за крема:
- 500 г маскарпоне
- 200 г пудра захар
- 200 г ягоди , нарязани на кубчета
Начин на приготвяне
- Разбиваме яйцата във висока купа, постепенно прибавяйки прясното мляко и брашното, докато получим гъста каша.
- Прибавяме киселото мляко и ванилията.
- В касерола на водна баня разтапяме шоколада и след това го добавяме към палачинковата смес, като междувременно разбъркваме внимателно.
- Нагряваме тигана за палачинки с много малко масло. В него сипваме от кашата - по около 1 черпак и изпържваме от двете страни до порозовяване на палачинките.
- За крема: в купа смесваме и разбъркваме добре маскарпонето с пудрата захар. Добавяме нарязаните ягоди и разбъркваме внимателно, за да ги смесим добре.
- С получения крем намазваме палачинките, навиваме ги на триъгълници или руло и сервираме.

В купа смесваме яйцата, брашното, галетата, куркум...
Макарони с риба тон и сирена на фурна
Сваряваме макароните според инструкциите на опаковк...
