- 100 г галета
- 100 г орехи едросмлени
- 1 пак. ванилия
- 100 г стафиди
- 1 пак. канела
- 1,5 ч.ч. захар
- 600 г тиква
- 1 пак. кори за баница тънки
- 100 мл. олио
- пудра захар за поръсване
Начин на приготвяне
- Настъргваме на ситно тиквата. За направата на едно руло взимаме 2 кори и ги намазваме с олиото равномерно, като използваме четка. Смесваме захарта с ванилията.
- Поръсваме настърганата тиква, като преди това я изцеждаме от сока. Поръсваме с 1 с.л. галета, 1 с.л. захар, малко стафиди, орехи и канела.
- Загъваме корите около 2 см. по дължина от двете страни и намазваме с четката отгоре на загънатата част. Навиваме и оформяме като руло.
- Нареждаме рулата в правоъгълна тавичка и намазваме отгоре с олио. Печем на 180 градуса, около 40 минути. Не е необходимо да загряваме предварително фурната.
- След като се изпече, оставаме да изстине, нарязваме на малки парчета и поръсваме с пудра захар през малко сито.

Изчистваме и измиваме добре рибата. Осоляваме и подправяме на вкус. Слагаме я върху хартия за печене....
