Начин на приготвяне

  1. Разбиваме белтъците с половината захар на най-високата скорост на миксера.
  2. Добре е, ако докато ги разбиваме, ги затоплим леко на водна баня (водата не трябва да е вряла, а леко топла).
  3. След като се получи гъста пяна, ги махаме от огъня и продължаваме да разбиваме - общо около 15 минути. Към края постепенно добавяме останалата захар, разбиваме докато сместта стане отново гладка и твърда.
  4. Слагаме в сладкарски шприц и оформяме целувките върху тава, покрита с хартия за печене. 
  5. Слагаме ги в загрята на 90 градуса фурна, за около час (може и малко повече, в зависимост от големината). 
  6. Сервираме целувките гарнирани с нарязаните ягоди.
