Вкусен лимонов чипс
Начин на приготвяне
1. Нарязваме лайм на кръгчета.
2. Завираме на котлона захарта и водата и добавяме кръгчетата лайм да поврят за около 2-3 мин.
3. Постиламе в тавичка хартия за печене. Нареждаме изцедените кръгчета лайм и покриваме с хартия.
4. Натискаме с тава отгоре и поставяме във фурната за около 3 часа на температура от 60 градуса, за да се изсушат и да се получи чипс.
5. По желание можем да използваме чипса за декорация или директна консумация. Можем да съхраняваме в кутия, с хартия за печене между пластовете, за да не се залепят.
