Домашни желирани бонбони
Продукти
- 60 гр финна кристална захар
- 200 гр захар
- 200 мл ябълков сок
- 1 с.л. агар-агар
- 4 с.л. лимонов сок
- 1 ананас
Начин на приготвяне
1. Почистваме ананаса и нарязваме на дребни парченца. Пюрираме с пасатор. Добавяме лимоновия сок и претриваме през цедка.
2. Разтваряме агар агар с малко ябълков сок, добавяме пюрето и загряваме на котлона. Добавяме останалия ябълков сок и захарта. Бъркаме непрекъснато и варим около 5-6 мин. За да получим различни цветове бонбони, може да използваме сладкарска боя и да разделим сместта в купички.
3. Оставяме сместта да се охлади леко. Разстиламе алуминиево фолио върху тавичка и изсипваме сместта и заглаждаме, така че да се получи един пласт от около 3 см.
4. След като сместта е стегнала, отстраняваме фолиото и нарязваме на малки кубчета. Овалваме бонбоните във финната кристална захар и ги оставяме на стайна температура да се стегнат за около 1-2 дни.
