Продукти
- 100 мл. прясно мляко
- 100 г кафява захар
- 2 яйца
- 45 г слънчогледово олио
- 2 ябълки
- 2 г канела
- 5 г бакпулвер
- 60 г ситно смлени орехи
- 75 г галета
Начин на приготвяне
1. Сладкишът с ябълки и канела се приготвя без брашно, а с галета. Ако имате останал стар хляб, трябва да го изпечете във фурната и след като изстине да го смелите в блендер, за да получите галета.
2. Яйца и захарта се разбъркват с тел или миксер на ниска скорост до получаване на лека пяна. Добавяме останалите течни продукти - прясното мляко и олиото. Разбъркваме се до получаване на хомогенна смес.
3. Сухите съставки се смесват и ги обавяме към течните. След това се настъргваме ябълките и също ги прибавяме. Цялата смес се изсипва в тавичка с размер 20х25 см., предварително намазана с олио и поставена хартия за печене.
4. Сладкишът се изпича на 170 градуса за около 25 минути. Проверява се дали е готов с клечка за зъби.
