Вкусен боровинков кекс с пълнозърнесто брашно
Продукти
- 250 г брашно
- 200 г пълнозърнесто брашно
- 350 г захар
- 250 мл прясно мляко
- 150 мл масло
- 4 яйца
- 1 бакпулвер
- 1 ванилия
- 1 ч.л. сол
- 1,5 ч.ч. боровинки
- 1 с.л. лимонова кора
Начин на приготвяне
- Разбиваме захарта с яйцата до побеляване.
- Добавяме разтопеното масло и разбиваме добре.
- След това добавяме млякото, лимоновата кора и ванилията.
- Бакпулверът и двата вида брашно ги смесваме, и изсипваме в сместа.
- Боровинките предварително овалваме в брашно и добавяме към сместа, разбъркваме внимателно с лъжица.
- По желание, може да поръсим с овесени ядки. Печем на 180 градуса, около 50 минути.
