Домашен шоколадов сладолед с мента

Начин на приготвяне
- Разтапяме шоколада и маслото на водна баня. Поставяме захарта и водата да се варят на слаб огън. Когато се получи гъст сироп, го оставяме леко да се охлади.
- Разбиваме жълтиците с миксер като постепенно добавяме от получилият се захарен сироп. Разбиваме и сметаната и след това добавяме към нея разбитите жълтъци. След това добавяме сметаната към шоколада и бъркаме докато се получи хомогенна смес. Накрая добавяме пасираната мента и разбъркваме добре. Замразяваме в машината за сладолед.
- Ако не разполагаме с такава, изсипваме сместа в подходяща кутия и я поставяме във фризера. След като е замръзнал наполовина, изваждаме сладоледа, отново го разбиваме с миксер, за да се получи хомогенна смес, и го връщаме във фризера. Повтаряме процедурата още веднъж и след това оставяме да замръзне напълно.
- Когато това стане, изваждаме сладоледа от фризера и го поставяме в хладилника за около 30 минути.
- По желание, сервираме с декорация от плодове и прясна мента.
