Доматена крем супа с босилек
Продукти
- 500 г домати от консерва
- 1 щипка черен пипер
- 1 ч.ч. течна сметана
- 5 с.л. босилек
- 2 скилидки чесън , нарязан на ситно или пресован
- 4 ч.ч. доматен сок
- 1 ч.л. сол
- 4 с.л. масло
- 1 с.л. зехтин
Начин на приготвяне
- В дълбока тенджера запържете нарязания на ситно чесън. Когато си пусне аромата, добавете нарязаните домати от консерва и доматеният сок.
- След като заври, добавете 4 с.л. листа от свеж босилек и дръпнете от котлона. Изчакайте малко да се охлади и пюрирайте с пасатор.
- Върнете на котлона и добавете течната сметана и маслото. Овкусете със сол и черен пипер. Оставете супата на котлона, докато маслото се разтопи, но без да завира.
- Свервирайте със стръкчета свеж босилек.
