Продукти
- 0,5 с.л. сладка горчица
- 100 г зелена салата
- 2 с.л. светъл балсамико оцет
- черен пипер
- сол
- 1 натрошено листо от салвия
- 3 с.л. орехово олио
- 1 с.л. мед
- сок от малък портокал
- 2 филета сьомга (всяко по 150 гр)
- 1 багета
Начин на приготвяне
1. Филетата се почистват и подсушават. Приготвяме марината от портокаловия сок, медът, 1 с.л. олио и салвията.
2. Почистваме и измиваме салатата. Останалото олио се смесва с мед, оцет и горчица, добавят се сол и черен пипер на вкус.
3. Филетата се поставят на грил тигана. Запичат се като се намазват с маринатата. Разрязваме багетата и също можем да запечем на тигана.
