Начин на приготвяне
1. Запичаме разрязаната на две по дължина франзела във фурната за около 5 мин.
2. Разбъркваме смачканата скилидка чесън с 40 г масло и пресен копър.
3. Нарязваме останалия чесън на ситно и го запържваме в зехтина и маслото. Наливаме бялото вино и когато заври добавяме изчистените миди.
4. Добавяме девисила и магданоза и поръсваме със соса "Уорчестър". Изчакваме соса да се сгъсти и сваляме от котлона.
5. Намазваме франзелата с ароматното билково масло и сервираме ястието топло. Поднасяме с охладено бяло вино.
