- 2 картофа сварени
- сол на вкус
- 1 ч.л. черен пипер
- 1 с.л. чубрица
- 2 стръка пресен лук
- 6 яйца сварени
- 1 яйце за каймата
- 1 кг. кайма
- 100 гр. кашкавал настърган, за поръсване
- 60 гр. галета
100 г съдържат:
- 250 калории
- 20 г мазнини
- 5 г протеини
- 10 г въглехидрати
Начин на приготвяне
- Омесваме подправките с каймата, яйцето, нарязания на ситно лук и намачканите картофи.
- Объркваме хубаво и вземаме част от сместа, необходима да загърне цялото яйце като топка.
- Така правим всички кюфтенца. Овалваме ги в галета едно по едно.
- След това нареждаме кюфтенцата в намаслена тава и ги поръсваме с настъргания кашкавал.
- Печем ги в загрята фурна на 180 градуса, около 20 минути - докато се зачерви кашкавала.
- По желание ги поднасяме с чери домати и зелена салата.
