Вкусно шоколадово суфле с ягоди за Свети Валентин

Продукти

230 г шоколад , натурален
200 г масло
6 яйца
270 г захар
125 г брашно
50 г какао
2 ягоди нарязани на ситно, и допълнително няколко ягоди за гарниране

Начин на приготвяне

Натрошаваме шоколада и го разтапяме заедно с маслото, на водна баня, като бъркаме непрекъснато.
Разбиваме яйцата със захарта на пяна, след което прибавяме шоколадовата смес, брашното и какаото. Разбъркваме всичко много добре. Добавяме ситно нарязаните ягоди. Разбъркваме внимателно.
Намасляваме осем формички с диаметър около 8 см. По желание може да поръсим с малко какао по дъното и стените на формите, след което напълваме с шоколадовата смес. Какаото позволява да обърнем суфлето в плоски чинии и да сервираме отделно.
Загряваме фурната на 220 градуса и печем суфлето 10 минути, но не повече, тъй като има опасност да се изпече вътрешността, което не е желан ефект.
Върху всяко поставяме по почистени ягоди и сервираме веднага.
