Начин на приготвяне
1. Слагаме содата в киселото мляко и разбъркваме. Изчакваме да удвои обема си.
2. В купа слагаме пресятото брашно, добавяме чубрицата и черния пипер и разбъркваме. Към брашното добавяме яйцата, олиото и киселото мляко и бъркаме до получаването на хомогенна смес.
3. Добавяме натрошено сирене, нарязания на ситно див лук, нарязаната на кубчета шунка и бъркаме добре.
4. Слагаме от сместа в намаслени форми за мъфини и печем на предварително загрята фурна на 180-200 градуса.
