- 4 с.л. зехтин
- черен пипер
- сол
- 4 мариновани сушени домати
- 4 скилидки чесън
- 1 лимон
- 4 стръка мащерка
- 4 стръка розмарин
- 400 г филе от сьомга
Начин на приготвяне
1. Взимаме 4 парчета сьомга и ги измиваме и подсушаваме. Нареждаме ги върху хартия за печене.
2. Посоляваме ги и овкусяваме с черен пипер, нареждаме върху всяко парче резен лимон, маринования сушен домат, скилидка чесън, слагаме отстрани по един стрък розмарин и мащерка.
3. Поливаме всяко едно от парчетата със зехтин.
4. Завиваме всяко едно от парчетата с хартия за печене и ги оформяме като пакетче. Печем на 200 градуса за около 15 мин. и отваряме харията, за да се запекат за още 5 мин.
