Крехки пилешки филенца със сусам и соев сос
Продукти
- 9 бр. пилешки бон филенца
- сол на вкус
- черен пипер на вкус
- за марината:
- 2 с.л. сусамово олио
- 2 с.л. соев сос
- 6 с.л. сусам - препечен или суров (по желание добавете и ленено семе)
- 0,5 с.л. сол
- 4 с.л. галета
- зехтин за намазване на тавичката
- лимон
Начин на приготвяне
- Смесваме сусамовото олио със соевия сос в една купичка, а във друга сусамовите семена, солта и галетата.
- Първо потапяме филенцата едно по едно в купичката с маслото и соевия сос, след което в другата купичка със сусама и галетата, така че много добре да се покрият.
- Върху тавичка поставяме хартия за печене и нареждаме филенцата като ги съвсем леко ги напръскваме отгоре със зехтин-спрей.
- Печем в предварително загрята на 220 градуса фурна, около 8-10 минути. Обръщаме филенцата и печем още 4-5 минути или докато придобият златисто-кафява коричка.
- Сервираме със зеленчуци, салата, ориз, киноа или сотирани картофи, по избор. Овкусяваме със соев сос и лимон.
