Нежен лимонов сладкиш с оризово брашно и боровинки
Продукти
- 350 г захар
- 60 г оризово брашно
- 400 г бяло брашно
- 4 яйца
- 150 мл масло
- 250 мл прясно мляко
- 1 бакпулвер
- 1 ванилия
- 1 ч.л. сол
- 1 ч.ч. боровинки
- 1 лимон , прясно изцеден
- 1 с.л. лимонова кора
- пудра захар за поръсване
Начин на приготвяне
- Разбиваме захарта с яйцата до побеляване.
- Добавяме разтопеното масло и разбиваме добре.
- След това добавяме млякото, лимоновата кора и ванилията.
- Бакпулверът и двата вида брашно ги смесваме, и изсипваме в сместа. Добавяме лимоновия сок.
- Боровинките предварително овалваме в малко брашно и добавяме към сместа, разбъркваме внимателно с лъжица.
- Печем на 180 градуса, около 45-50 минути.
- Преди сервиране поръсваме с малко пудра захар.
