Продукти

- 6 ч.ч. пилешки бульон
- 3 стръка пресен лук
- мащерка
- 3 скилидки чесън
- сол
- 2 ч.ч. ориз за паеля
- 1 суха червена чушка
- 1 ч.ч. замразен грах
- 300 г сурови скариди
- 500 г октопод
- 500 г черноморски миди
Начин на приготвяне
1. Задушаваме в зехтин ситно нарязания пресен лук и добавяме ситно нарязания чесън, сол, мащерка, черен пипер, къри и чили, както и нарязаната на малки парченца сушена червена чушка. Всички подправки добавяме на вкус.
2. Добавяме ориза за паелята и го оставяме да поеме зехтина и да стане стъклен. Добавяме горещия пилешки бульон и шафрана. Добавяме изчистения и нарязан на парченца октопод и замразения грах.
3. След като сместта заври, намаляваме котлона и на 10-тата минута добавяме почистените цели сурови скариди. Желателно е да ги добавим с главите. На 15-тата минута добавяме и измитите миди. Варим около 18 минути ястието, като опитваме вкуса докато приготвяме.
4. Изключваме котлона и затваряме паелята с капак. Оставяме ястието настрани "да си почива" около 5-10 минути. Сервираме с нарязан на едро пресен магданоз.
