Вкусен и лесен пастет от пилешки дробчета
Продукти
- прясна мащерка
- индийско орехче
- 20 мл течна сметана
- 100 мл вино мадейра
- 100 г масло
- черен пипер
- сол
- 1 лук шалот
- 500 г пилешки дробчета
- прясна салвия
Начин на приготвяне
1. Измиваме дробчетата и ги нарязваме. Почистваме лукът и го нарязваме на ситно.
2. Загряваме тиган с малко масло и добавяме лукът, мащерката и салвията и задушаваме с малко вода, докато лукът се карамелизира.
3. Прибавяме пилешките дробчета, докато станат кафяви на цвят. Изсипваме сместта в кухненски робот и пасираме, добавяме и 70 г масло и 20 мл сметана, сол и черен пипер на вкус.
4. В тигана изипваме виното и оставяме да се редуцира до 2 с.л.
5. Добавяме виното във пастета. Слагаме пасирания пастет и оставяме да изстине във формички или купички. Заливаме с разтопено масло и оставяме в хладилник за поне 3 часа, докато стегне.
