Продукти
- 2 кг. ребра
- 4 с.л. горчица
- 3 с.л. балсамов оцет
- 4 с.л. соев сос
- 1,5 ч.л. черен пипер
- 1 ч.л. къри
Начин на приготвяне
- В голяма купа разбъркваме добре балсамовия оцет, соевия сос, черния пипер, горчицата и кърито.
- Слагаме нарязаните ребра и разбъркваме много добре.
- Оставяме на хладно за около 6-8 часа.
- Поставяме в тавичка, сипваме малко вода (150-200 мл.) и печем в предварително загрята на 200-220 градуса фурна, около 60 минути.
- Сервираме с гарнитура по избор.
Свежа салата с домати, краставици и моцарела
Почистваме и нарязваме домата, чушката и краставица...
