Начин на приготвяне
1. Почистваме и измиваме рибата. Осоляваме на вкус. Изчистваме доматите от люспите и ги разстиламе в тавичка.
2. Нарязваме лук на филийки и подреждаме върху доматите. Поставяме рибата отгоре, като предварително и правим разрези, в които поставяме кръгчета моркови. Добавяме мазнина и малко вода.
3. Поръсваме с риган, дафинов лист и целите зърна черен пипер.
4. Печем в умерено загрята фурна на 200 градуса за 50 мин.
5. Сервираме със задушени картофи.
