Пикантна крем супа с картофи и броколи
Продукти
- 1 ч.л. къри
- 250 г сметана
- сол на вкус
- 2 моркова
- 1 кг. картофи
- 500 г броколи пресни или замразени
- 3 л вода
- 1 с.л. сос "табаско"
- 1 с.л сос "уорчестър"
Начин на приготвяне
- Почистваме и сваряваме броколите. Изваждаме ги от водата и ги изцеждаме добре.
- Почистваме и нарязваме картофите и морковите, и ги пускаме във врящата отвара.
- След като се сварят, връщаме броколите в тенджерата и пасираме всички зеленчуци.
- Прибавяме сметаната, посоляваме на вкус, добавяме сосовете и оставяме още 4-5 минути супата да къкри.
- Сервираме супата гореща, по желание гарнирана с малко настърган кашкавал и/или запечен бекон.
