Продукти
- 1 люти чушлета
- 1 лимон
- 20 мл соев сос
- 3 щипка черен пипер
- 1 шепа сусам
- 3 скилидки чесън

- 700 г пилешки сърца
Начин на приготвяне
- Пилешките сърца се измиват и се сваряват в подсолена вода.
- Изцеждат се и се почистват от вената и останала кръв.
- В тиган се загрява масло, добавят се скилидките пресован чесън.
- Сърцата се задушават за 5-6 минути, след което се набождат на шишчета, поръсват се със сусам и малко черен пипер и се изпичат за няколко минути, докато почервенеят.
- По желание се сервират със соев сос, люта чушка и лимон.
