Ароматна рибена супа
Продукти
- 1 лимон
- 5 с.л. прясно мляко
- 1 жълтък
- пипер
- сол
- девисил
- 1 морков
- 2 картофа
- 1 глава лук
- 1 почистен лаврак (или комплект за супа от сьомга)
Начин на приготвяне
1. Сваряваме рибата и я обезкостяваме. Прецеждаме бульона. Слагаме го на котлона и добавяме нарязаните на ситно зеленчуци.
2. След като зеленчуците се сварят, добавяме почистената риба и девисила. Сваляме от котлона.
3. Разбиваме жълтъка с млякото и застройваме супата.
4. Поднасяме с резен лимон.
* Супата можем да приготвим и с микс от различни риби - бяла риба, сьомга и др.
