Продукти

Начин на приготвяне

  1. Почистваме и нарязваме лука и чесъна.
  2. Почистваме 500-те грама тиква. Меката й част нарязваме на малки кубчета.
  3. В дълбок тиган загряваме зехтина и запържваме за около 3 минути лука и чесъна.
  4. Добавяме тиквата и ориза. Задушаваме за около пет минути.
  5. Изсипваме виното и бъркаме добре, докато не се изпари.
  6. Овкусяваме със сол и черен пипер.
  7. Изсипваме половината от горещия бульон. Добавяме нарязания на ситно дафинов лист.
  8. Добавяме останалия бульон и поставяме ризотото в тиквата. 
  9. Печем в предварително загрята на 200 градуса фурна, около 45-55 минути. 
  10. По желание, преди сервиране гарнираме с малко пармезан.
