Продукти
- 30 г краве масло, меко на стайна температура
- 30 г заквасена сметана
- 30 г крема сирене
- за глазурата:
- канела на вкус
- 1 пакетче бакпулвер
- 100 г обелена и настъргана тиква
- 125 г бяло брашно тип 500
- 125 г кафява захар
- 2 яйца
- 65 г слънчогледово олио
- за тестото:
- 65 г краве масло
- 30 г пудра захар
Начин на приготвяне
1. Масло и захарта се разбъркваме с миксер до побеляване,
прибавяме олиото, яйцата и след получаването на хомогенна смес добавяме
брашното, което е пресято с бакпулвера.
2. Канелата се разбърква с тиквата и се прибавя към останалата смес.
3. Изсипваме в тавичка с размер 20х25 см., предварително намазана с олио и поставена хартия за печене.
4. Сладкишът се изпича на 170 градуса за около 25 минути. Проверява се дали е готов с клечка за зъби.
5. Маслото и пудрата захар се разбъркват до получаване на хомогенна смес. След това добавяме крема сиренето и накрая заквасената сметана. С получената глазура се намазва изстиналия сладкиш. Може да се поръси с малко запечени ядки.
