- 300 г телешко месо , филе
- 10 г пипер , меланж
- 50 г кетчуп
- 50 мл. сос "уорчестър"
- 20 г магданоз
- 2 г сол
Начин на приготвяне
- Овкусяваме и втъркваме хубаво пипера в месото.
- В нагорещен тиган запечатваме месото от двете страни за 30 секунди на страна. Поставяме го в тава и го намазваме със сос уорчестър и кетчупа.
- Печем в предварително загрята на 180 градуса фурна, за 10-15 минути.
- След като е готово, го покриваме с алуминиево фолио и оставяме да почине за 10 минути.
- Гарнираме с картофено пюре и сервираме.
