Вкусно говеждо рамстек с лук

Начин на приготвяне

1. Нарязваме контрафилето на пържолки и ги начукваме и посоляваме и овкусяваме с черен пипер.

2. Потопяваме ги в разбитото яйце и счукания сухар и ги запържваме.

3. Върху току-що изпържените стекчета слагаме по една бучка масло.

4. Запържваме нарязания лук в масло, поръсваме го с малко брашно и запържваме леко.

5. Сервираме така приготвения лук като гарнитура към месото.

* По желание може да не панираме месото, да го мариноваме леко със зехтин и да го опечем на скара или оребрен тиган.
