Сочни свински карета с млад зелен фасул
Продукти
- 20 г масло
- 200 г зелен фасул , млад
- 300 г свинско контра филе
- За маринатата:
- 3 скилидки чесън
- 5 г сол
- 0,5 глава лук
- 5 г мащерка
- 5 г риган
- 200 мл бяло вино
- 100 мл олио
- 5 г черен пипер
Начин на приготвяне
- Нарязваме на ситно лука и чесана и ги смесваме с бялото вино, олиото, ригана, мащерката, солта и черния пипер.
- Към вече готовата марина, слагаме свинското контра филе и го оставяме за 12 часа за да попие ароматите и вкуса на маринатата.
- Печем на скара или барбекю.
- Задушаваме младия зелен фасул в маслото.
- Сервираме филето гарнирано със задушения фасул.
